[toc]No, I am not going to talk about Halloween yet and this is still a part of the Back to School theme. I found nice rain coats that can double as cool Halloween Costumes for your little ones. These kids’ rain coats are really great in terms of design and function. I am surprised how well manufacturers make the rain coats nowadays. They used to be thin, see-through, and all have cartoon characters on the side pockets. But now, they really look very much like your kids’ favorite character or animals that they can be their best Halloween Costumes or simply have fun and look great even though the weather is not so friendly.
