Recalls on Children’s Pajamas and Robes Due to Burn Hazard

pajama robesAbout 8,400 “I’m Owl Yours” Footeez Pajamas, and printed Classic Moose and Don’t Moose robes were recalled due to possible burn hazard. The said products that were sold from October 2013 to June 2014 unfortunately did not meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. They were sold in different Department Stores, Children’s Boutiques, and online at Lazy One for $22 and $15 each respectively.

Affected products are as follows:

  • FOOTEEZ Pajama for kids sizes 2T – 12; one-piece; foot-to-neck zipper; non-slip soles; rear opening; blue trims on neck, cuff and right side single pocket; color beige with red, pink, blue, and yellow owl print; “I’m Owl Yours” wording printed on it
  • Classic Moose printed robes sizes 2T – 6; red with moose graphics; solid black trim; two pockets and belt
  • Don’t Moose printed robes sizes 2T – 6; pink with moose graphics; solid green trim; two front pockets and belt; “Don’t Moose With Me” wording printed on it

Although there are no incidents or injuries reported yet, consumers are advised to take the affected sleepwear products to contact Lazy One at 866-340-5278 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. MT Monday through Friday, email at service@lazyone.com or fill up the recall form through their website and have them replace the pajamas and/or robes.

Non-affected products have “Flame Resistant” printed on the neck label even if they have the same description as stated above and should not be included in the recall.
